Have something you need sold? We can handle that for you. We offer our services not only for an entire house lot or estate but we will take individual consignments as well. We charge 30% commission. 

Please note as of December 1 2022 we will no longer be selling firearms.  With all the new requirements and insurance concerns we have decided to discontinue the sale of firearms. 

We have a complete service starting with the market assessment report for the probate court. We can sort and pack an entire home for you. We will sell what has value, donate to charity the clothing and items of little to no secondary market value and provide a clean out service of the property. We will also deliver items to beneficiaries as requested. The end result an empty house ready to be listed for sale. We do this type of job for several Trust companies and Law Firms in the province. 

This service is helpful for a family that is only in the province for a short time to deal with an estate. 

Wooden Rose can provide a market assessment for the purpose of probate, bankruptcy and divorce. A market assessment is a true reflection of the value of a certain item in today's secondary market. This differs from an appraisal as it is not insurance replacement value. 

Did you know? We are specialists in the area of brokering the sale of gold and silver. We won't offer you a below average value for your scrap metal, we simply broker this to be refined on your behalf and charge our 30% commission. 

We are now pleased to offer the option of online auctions. During Covid 19 restrictions we changed our operations to online. This has been a popular change and we plan to continue to hold our biweekly auctions online. However if requested by our client we can provide an in-person event.

We will negotiate the sale price of your pieces and work within your expectations to see you get the very most for your pieces. We will have an independent certified jewellery appraiser evaluate your pieces if required.
